The HIGHER Mark Framework

A structured, phased approach to leadership development designed specifically for manufacturing teams.
Built on Gallup CliftonStrengths and delivered with the whole leadership team in mind.

01

HEAR

The process starts with listening

Through in-depth interviews with the leadership team and key stakeholders, I get a clear, honest picture of where the leader and their team stand today — where trust is strong, where friction shows up, and what's really getting in the way of high performance.

  • In-depth interviews with leaders and key stakeholders
  • Written analysis report of the findings
  • Live debrief before any coaching begins
  • Can be booked as a standalone starting point

IDENTIFY & GROUND

Then, self-awareness

Each leader completes the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment, receives their full report, then sits down with me to understand their results and set their personal coaching focus for the 1:1 sessions ahead.

  • Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment for every leader
  • Full individual strengths report
  • One-to-one debrief of results
  • A personal coaching focus set for the year

HARNESS

Ongoing, individual coaching

Every leader on the leadership team (Plant Manager and every direct report and any key stakeholder) gets 1:1 coaching throughout the month to better understand, develop and leverage their strengths in their everyday leadership.

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching for each leader on the team
  • Higher cadence for the Plant Manager given scope and influence
  • Focused on real situations, not hypotheticals
  • The core, recurring part of the engagement

04

ELEVATE

A yearly team reset

Once a year, the full leadership team comes together for a half-day in-person workshop to turn individual self-awareness into real, shared team habits — clearer communication and collaboration, more trust and alignment.

  • Half-day, in-person, full leadership team
  • Individual strengths translated into shared team habits
  • Actionable output the team commits to
  • The one phase delivered in person rather than virtually

REINFORCE

Targeted support as needs surface

When specific needs come up, I offer targeted, standalone workshops on topics like leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and workplace culture. I also facilitate organizational processes directly to extend impact across the broader organization.

  • Custom, topic-specific workshops
  • Talent review facilitation
  • Succession planning meetings
  • Scoped to the need as it is identified

What working together looks like

Every part of the process can be delivered virtually except ELEVATE, which brings the team together in person once a year. An individual leader can also go through the framework on their own, without their team.

Free Discovery Call

A no-cost, 20-minute conversation to understand what is working, where things stall and what your team actually needs.

Diagnose

In-depth interviews and a written analysis give an honest picture of the leadership team before any coaching starts.

Assess and debrief

Every leader takes the CliftonStrengths assessment and leaves their debrief with a clear personal coaching focus.

Coach and reinforce

Ongoing 1:1 coaching for the whole team, an annual in-person workshop, and targeted workshops as needs emerge.

The result

A leadership team that thoroughly recognizes and values its own strengths and differences, and leads together in a way that is authentic and congruent.

They build trust, reduce unnecessary friction, communicate more effectively, make better decisions, and lead with greater purpose: keeping everyone safe and healthy, delivering consistently high quality, and hitting on-time-in-full targets. That is “the higher mark.”
